Welcome to my Website and Blog which will provide you with details of the wedding and portrait photography services I offer in Fife, Edinburgh and throughout Scotland! I have spent months working on the new site and hope you love it as much as I do.
I became a wedding photographer simply because I love it and am passionate about providing a high quality of wedding photography that captures all the fun and romance of your day, yet at a competitive cost. I provide high quality wedding photography with competitively priced, tailored packages, attending your wedding to capture the special moments and tiniest details of months of planning in a discreet manner, whilst making the essential photoshoot as fun as possible - hopefully your jaws will be aching through laughter rather than forced smiles!
I believe, and my clients confirm, that as a photographer I work in a professional, relaxed and fun style. I'm there to put you at ease and help you have fun on your wedding day or during your photoshoot, even if you hate having your photographs taken - a claim to which a lot of you make, but of which I see little evidence!
Whilst I photograph people of all ages, my cosy home based studio specialises in Newborn Photography in Edinburgh, Fife and the surrounding counties. I have a range of unique props and backdrops and crochet a lot of hats and wraps myself. Please let me know as soon as you know your due date to ensure I can fit you into my newborn schedule as due to the many hours these take I can only do one a day. Newborn photoshoots take place when your baby is under ten days old, where possible and are available on week day mornings.

Little Liam was a hoot to shoot! Firstly he did not want to stay in the studio - the toy emporium had nothing on the elderly cat that didn't move when you prodded it! ;-) After playing with the toys for a short while and being amused by bubbles for all of 5 minutes he found the volume control on my sound system! Ahhhh! I've always loved my sound system but never before realised how inviting it is to have a volume knob that is soooo easy to navigate for a toddler! At least though we came across a method off keeping him in the general vicinity of the backdrop we were trying to shoot in front of! Mum Tracy would pick him up and position him at the left of the backdrop. I would shout GO when I was ready and shoot whilst Liam legged it to the volume control and deafened us all with it! Hilarious - Tracy and I were exhausted by the end of it!! They are so much fun to shoot at this age - always love a challenge! Anyway I hope you like these photos of Liam's first photoshoot!
